Mitch McConnell Caved to Democrats Now So He Can Screw Them Later | Vanity Fair

Washington, D.C.- Nine Republicans and thirteen Democrats dissues ratification of the convention on the elimination of all forms of discrimination against women. The Republican solution group emphasize the idea of abstinence to prevent unwanted pregnancies often solved with abortions of the clump of cells or the bearly forming fetus.

The solution group is made up of the infamous national Republicans- Happening to be all white, cis-gendered men -Mike Lee, Josh Hawley, Ted Cruz, Chuck Grassley, Mitch McConnell, and Rand Paul. “Children, who are utterly unprepared financially and emotionally should be greatly encouraged to abstain from sex, it should be the job of the school system to encourage this throughout health programs,” states a persistent McConnell. Through the unmoderated caucus, the delegates further emphasize the importance of not encouraging teens to have sex and even more discussion on the unethical nature of abortion.

The claims made that every child has the right to grow despite the lives of the mothers carrying and supporting them echo out into the conference hall. While some talk of a federally funded three hundred dollar stipend per child. However, that only applies to those under 16. Yet, to raise the unexpected children per month is assumed to be enough. The Democrats struggle to understand while the payments stop at age sixteen, leaving the parents or parent to continue to fund the child for the last two years of children and likely after high school support in future endeavors such as trade schools and college that would leave the child with an equal ability to secede to their planned peers. But questions on how exactly the senate and funding will be distributed to people who qualify are left unanswered.

Yet, this is blatantly not enough to support a growing child. The state of California pays foster parents an average of $1000 to $2,609 per month to help with the expenses of taking care of the child. The idea of a more accessible public preschool system also circled around the group. Blatantly, three hundred dollars would barely pay for the financial burden placed on specific unprepared groups of parents.

The monetary cost of taking care of a child also does not take into account the emotional, time, expected family and partner support, and physical efforts of bearing and child-rearing.

Yet, when asked about rape, despite the education of abstinence, Senator Hawley leaves the reporters with no comment.

The Democrats on the other side of the room dispute the claims about the educational system desired by the Republicans. “We want to make sure we are not excluding otters by making the definition of a family being “man and women exclusive,” Senator Collins begins.

The discussion further goes into the heteronormitive standard of sex only equating to pregnancy and not LGBTQ relationships and health. This idea also insults “We must recognize that solutions we form today will impact Americans for centuries says nonpartism Senator Markey as they encourage a focus on issue that everyone supports such as mental help by partisan solution sounding everything except abortion”, states senator Kolbuchar.

The argument that abstinence does not prevent pregnancies and instead instills a norm of taboo around sex leaving students with unanswered questions without understanding safe sex, would just lead to more cases of STDs and unplanned pregnancies in teens.

The solution proposed on the final document echoes the idea that the possibility of banning abortions “Strengthens sentiments under 10th amendment that power shall be reserved to the state, as expressed under state framework”.

This topic continues to be disputed as the senate countries vote on absence education and impending fair on how the future of how American children understand parenthood in addition to sex.
